I love seeing all the people at the gym. they show up and workout, they are being active and giving their best. all different shapes and sizes. that motivates me more than anything else ever could.
Sometimes when you get yourself to the gym and you have a bad workout, you need to be proud of yourself for just getting there.
Reblog if you are determined to accomplish your health goals in 2018.
Hit those daily goals, and those weekly, monthly, yearly goals will fall before your eyes.
This advice isn’t too shabby.
Today
-create the mentality that today will be an amazing day
-make something that will fill you with energy (smoothies, tea, lemon water, etc.)
-stretch/ practice yoga
-workout
-read, write
-find music that makes you feel alive
-be present and consciously choose the life you are living
-let go of your pain; know that it’s possible for you to live a life you love, a life you can’t wait to wake up to every morning. Know that you deserve this

A friendly reminder that if your New Year’s resolution was to go to the gym, eat healthier, and/or lose weight and you’ve already fallen off the wagon, that’s okay. It happens. But that doesn’t mean you have to stop trying. You don’t have to wait until next year or even the start of the next month to try again. Start now. Forming new habits is hard and takes time. Falling off the wagon is normal. You just have to pick yourself back up and keep going. You don’t have to do things perfectly–you just have to do them.
TBH I’m just gonna pretend like today is the first day of me ever trying to eat well and exercise with the goal of reaching the 160s by the end of the year.
New journey, who dis?
Today I will:
Eat the food I packed and brought to work with me….
Walk on my lunch break….
Go to the gym and hit legs….
Eat the dinner I already planned to make, without any extras…..
NOT eat all of the cookies and candy and cake in the break room!
